This courtyard space is tastefully landscaped for ease of living. creating a place to retreat within the walls of the property and to enjoy the filtered pool. As much as possible, the materials used at Casa Panarea are locally sourced and designed by Julia Mache Studio. The lamps are handmade of materials typical to Yucatan, for example Huano Palm and Behuco Roots or Jipi Japa Palm and Hennequen. The wood blocks and large are Ciricote wood and the sinks are all made from local Crema Maya with an element of Peruvian pre-Colombian, Chan Chan Culture. All Baskets are designed by Julia Mache Studio and are part of a special edition of dresses and bags called Mexico Noir which are made in collaboration with local artisans in diverse areas in Mexico.
